As a Managing Partner for Pinpoint Wealth Partners, Will has built his career around establishing trusted relationships with the clients and advisors he serves. He actively works with both new and existing clients to identify proactive planning opportunities and create successful outcomes around their wealth. Will often partners with other advisors in the firm to expand what’s possible and network to learn from and partner with other experts in the field.
Will brings a unique and natural gift of creating lasting relationships, solving problems and helping others achieve successful outcomes. He grew up witnessing a multi-generational family business first-hand and he understands the power and impact of successful planning. Will has made it his mission to learn, understand and specialize in business planning, estate planning, wealth transfer and preservation strategies, both for current and future generations.
As an alumnus of University of Georgia, Will immediately began his career in sales for a major agronomics solutions distributor. He spent several years in this role before moving to a large pharmaceuticals company where he climbed the ranks to Vice President of Sales, spending five years with this company. Will tested the independent side of pharmaceutical sales for three years following this role, where he was contracted by multiple companies to consult.
With a fresh perspective and an honest interest in making an impact on the financial services industry, Will began working with Michael G. Penney Insurance in 2018. In an effort to connect with and learn from like-minded industry individuals, he has become an active member of the Central Florida Estate Planning Council. In 2020, the firm has formally evolved into a new company with multiple advisors called Pinpoint Wealth Partners. This new entity has provided an opportunity to implement a succession plan structured to enable the firm to serve clients for generations to come.
Outside of the office, you will find Will spending time with his family and friends. He is passionate about the outdoors and will most likely be on a golf course, fishing or hiking. Will is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Orlando, he sits on the Board of Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) and is an active member of Country Club of Orlando. Will strongly believes in and lives his life by the simple motto, “work hard, play hard.”
